All experiences are supervised by a suitably trained guide; customers must remain with the group whilst they have an alpaca.
All experiences must be booked and paid for at the time of booking. Gift vouchers may be issued for gifts or if you are uncertain of the date you would like to visit.
For the Alpaca Walking Experience, all children aged between 8 and 14 years must share an alpaca with a responsible adult on a second rein. Children under the age of 8 may accompany the walk under the supervision of a responsible adult but are unable to lead an alpaca. The price includes a 2 hour experience for 1 alpaca which can be shared between a maximum of 2 people.
Handwashing facilities are provided, those who accompany children have responsibility to ensure that adequate hand washing takes place.
Please wear sensible outdoor clothing suitable for the weather and avoid coats and jackets that may flap and scare the alpacas.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked experience is due to begin.
Dogs are not allowed to accompany you on the experience, this is for the safety of our animals.
If you are late for your allocated time slot you will not be able to join the experience and no refund will be given.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the experience and an alternative date will be offered, if less than 72 hours a refund may be given at our discretion.
The experiences include a safety briefing at the beginning, anyone not adhering to the information provided will be asked to leave the experience without compensation.
Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date.
The will be a maximum of 5 alpacas per experience. Please note that you may be sharing your walk with other people.
During the experience we take photographs which may be published on our social media profiles and website, please let us know if prefer us to not take your photograph.
