Alpaca Walk Experience
Join us for a relaxing couple of hours with some of the Big Sky Alpaca herd, a two hour experience that will start with an introduction into Alpacas where you will learn where they come from, how to care for them, what they are farmed for and the best way to handle them. You will then meet your alpaca and take him on a calm and gentle stroll around our 10 acre field where you will get to know his own unique personality. We will stop to let your alpaca have a little snack on the grass half way round and return to further reward the Alpacas by hand feeding them with their favourite treats. After the all important selfies we can then treat ourselves to tea and cake in our garden.
The Alpaca Walk Experience costs £35 per alpaca (maximum of 2 people) please see our Terms and Conditions for age restrictions. As our aim is to provide a fun, relaxing experience in small groups, we limit the number of Alpacas on each walk to 5 (therefore max 10 people per experience).
Donkey Walk Experience
Join us for a calming couple of hours with some of our gorgeous donkeys, a two hour experience that will start with a few facts about donkeys, where you will learn where they originated from and about their special relationship with humans. You will then meet your donkey and spend some time getting to know him by grooming him before taking him on a gentle stroll around our 10 acre field. On our return we will feed the donkeys a little treat and once we are satisfied we’ve had enough cuddles and selfies we will turn him out into the paddock before treating ourselves to complimentary tea and cake or in the summer Farmer Browns’ delicious ice-cream in our garden.
The Donkey Walk Experience costs £40 per Donkey (maximum of 2 people) please see our Terms and Conditions for age restrictions. As our aim is to provide a fun, relaxing experience in small groups we limit the number of donkeys on each walk to 4 (therefore a maximum of 8 people per experience).
Group Bookings
If you run a group or organised outings for groups of adults or children and would like to join us to spend some time with our alpacas or donkeys please do get in touch with us
Children’s Alpaca Parties
Let us entertain your children and educate them in all things alpaca, the format of your children’s party package will depend on the age of the children and how many there are. Options include children being able to walk their own alpaca, creating alpaca crafts to take home and party bags with alpaca gifts. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements for a unique and educational party.
Hen Parties/Birthday Celebrations
What better way to spend a few hours with those you love in your life than being in the company of our cute, charming and characterful herd. We are flexible and happy to discuss your requirements but the format of our Walk and Workshop works well.
